How to create a card with an inside window!

I have a super cool card to show you today....this is one that my Stamp Club members got to create at our May meetings.

From the outside (above), it doesn't look like such a cool card.....but when you open it up....

That's where the magic happens!  Cool, right?  Riiiiiggghhht!

These cards are really pretty easy to put together

Here's how this goes together:

Create a 5-1/2 x 8-1/2" card base ( I used Very Vanilla CS)
Create another the same size from Designer Series Paper.  You'll score the DSP at 4-1/4" and also at 2-1/8" from both sides.
Die cut a shape - any shape - from the center of the DSP.  Die cut a second piece from a coordinating piece of cardstock to create a frame, if desired.  This does help create support for the window.
Now I line up the card base with the DSP piece and stamp the sentiment thru the hole.  You could also make some pencil marks if you'd prefer.  Accordion fold the DSP piece and attach the end flaps to the card base.  Decorate the front of the card base as desired.  Easy Peasy!
