Coolin' things off with Special Season

Things are heating back up here in Iowa!  After a few days of cool weather (75-80!) it's about to get hot again.  So, let's stay cool here on the blog with this wintery card.  And this one happens to be uber easy to put together.

I stamped the tree from Special Season with Versamark ink, and heat embossed it using Silver Embossing Powder.  Then stamped the sentiment with Stazon Jet Black ink onto a piece of Vellum - I wrapped the ends around the back of the panel so that I wouldn't have any glue showing thru the vellum.  Tie a piece of Silver Ribbon around the panel and then attach the panel to your card - I used Stampin' Dimensionals.  Lastly, I spritzed with Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz.  I think it helped it to appear like it was snowing on my tree.

This last picture shows the silver embossing a little better.

I hope that you like this one!  It's so easy and would be perfect for mass-producing for your Christmas Cards this year.  It will even be included in the line-up for my Christmas Stamp-A-Stack class, coming in October.
